Uber did not get its popularity from being a luxury car service but more for the convenience and cheap pricing of having a car service available at the drop of a dime. Uber has been the talk of the town since its launch in 2009. The passenger, Joseph Fusco, was allegedly dragged out of the car by the Uber driver and beaten due to this dispute. This dispute caused the passenger being left on the side of the road beaten and missing some teeth. Fusco was on his way home from a holiday party late last month with the incident occurred. Fusco later filed suit on the popular ride-sharing app where the details of the case remain. Fusco stated that he was still charged for this 28-minute ride even though he was beaten and left on the side of the road. After obtaining a lawyer, Uber finally refunded the charge to the passenger.  that he was still charged for this 28-minute ride It is sure that more details will arise The lawsuit also accuses Uber of not cooperating with University of Pennsylvania police in its investigation of the case, NBC-10 reports. A spokesperson for Uber declined NBC-10’s request for comment on the case but said the company was cooperating with the police investigation.
